The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide about the many benefits of practicing yoga.
Yoga offers children not only emotional well-being but also numerous physical benefits. Regular practice promotes flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, and good posture. It also improves body awareness, enhances concentration, and helps children develop a calm and positive mindset.
The BSM Pre-Primary section enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day on Monday, 22nd June 2026. Our little yogis participated with great excitement and energy, making the celebration truly memorable. Take a look at their enthusiastic faces, glowing with happiness, confidence, and good health !
Doctor's Day Celebration
"A doctor's gentle touch and caring heart can brighten every smile and heal every worry."
Doctors are true heroes who dedicate their lives to keeping us healthy and happy. To honor these compassionate caregivers, our Pre-Primary section celebrated Doctor's Day on Wednesday, 1st July 2026 with great enthusiasm.
The celebration became even more special as we welcomed a team of budding dentists who brought smiles and excitement to our little learners. Through a lively and engaging skit, they beautifully demonstrated the importance of brushing teeth regularly and following a healthy dental care routine.
The children watched with great interest, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
The young doctors also shared valuable tips on healthy eating habits, highlighting the goodness of nutritious food while explaining the harmful effects of excessive sugar and junk food on our teeth and overall well-being. Their simple and interactive approach encouraged the children to ask questions and eagerly participate in the session.
The celebration was a perfect blend of fun and learning. It not only created awareness about oral health but also inspired our young minds to develop healthy habits from an early age. We are grateful to our young doctors for making the day memorable and for helping our little ones understand that a healthy smile is one of the greatest gifts they can have.

आई -the first guru.
On rhe occasion of ' Gurupornima ' Matrudin was celebrated in Sr KG section at BSM Pre-primary.
The programme started with welcome by teachers. Childrem performed Matrupoojan with a champa flower and took blessings of their mother. After that an interactive session was planned for children to know the likings of their mother. A group activity of presenting a small skit with a topic was planned for mothers. After a coffee break the parents and children proceed to the auditorium, where teachers presented a series of small inactments giving message of important role of mother and guru in the development of child from historical period to modern days.
At the end few parents presented a prayer to show gratitude towards teacher.
The programme was well organised. With lovely greeting card made by children parents dispersed with an emotional touch of love and respect.

Ashadhi Ekadashi was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at BSM Pre-Primary on Friday, 24th July 2026.
The school wore a festive look with beautiful decorations, and a traditional Palakhi was adorned with flowers. A framed photograph of Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj was respectfully placed inside the Palakhi, creating a spiritual atmosphere.
Dressed with excitement and devotion, the little children carried the Palakhi on their tiny shoulders while their friends sang melodious bhajans and enthusiastically chanted Vitthal gajar. The joyful procession began from the Pre-Primary section and continued to IMCC and the Management College. During the visit, the children warmly greeted the administration staff and lecturers of IMCC, extending heartfelt Ashadhi Ekadashi wishes and spreading the spirit of devotion and togetherness.
The celebration was truly a memorable one. Watching our little devotees participate with such innocence, enthusiasm, and faith was a heartwarming sight. Their cheerful smiles, rhythmic chants, and tiny footsteps made the entire procession a beautiful tribute to Maharashtra's rich cultural heritage, leaving everyone present with smiles on their faces and joy in their hearts.
Raksha Bandhan Celebration at MES Balshikshan Mandir Pre-Primary School
The beautiful bond between brothers and sisters was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at MES Balshikshan Mandir Pre-Primary School on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Adding a meaningful touch to the celebration, our little ones embraced the spirit of eco-friendly Rakhi. Instead of limiting the celebration to the traditional bond between siblings, the children expressed their gratitude towards Mother Nature by lovingly tying eco-friendly Rakhis around trees, reminding us that nature, too, deserves our care and protection.
The celebration became even more special when our little ones tied Rakhis to the school’s van drivers and attendants, support staff, and sanitation workers—the caring adults who contribute to making their school days safe, happy, and comfortable.
The innocent smiles and sparkling eyes of our children reflected the true spirit of Raksha Bandhan—a celebration of love, gratitude, respect, and the beautiful bonds that connect us all.
Father’s Day Celebration
Balshikshan Mandir English Medium School – Pre-Primary Section
Father’s Day was celebrated with great joy and warmth for the Jr. KG section of Balshikshan Mandir English Medium School on Saturday, 3rd October 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The celebration began with a warm welcome for the fathers, followed by the morning assembly and an energetic aerobics session.
Our Headmistress, Mrs. Sayali Deshmukh, highlighted the importance of spending quality time with children and nurturing the beautiful bond between fathers and their little ones.
The morning was filled with fun and laughter through activities such as tug-of-war, selfie points, tattoo corners and a delightful ramp walk by fathers and children.
A special felicitation ceremony was held to honour fathers who had expressed their love through heartfelt letters to their children. The children, in turn, presented handmade greeting cards to their fathers as tokens of love and affection.
The celebration concluded with the display of the letters in the classrooms and refreshments for all. It was a heartwarming occasion filled with smiles, love and togetherness, creating precious memories for fathers and children to cherish for years to come.
