The Society operates in all five English-medium schools, one of which is in Pune city, one in Kalamboli (Tal. Panvel, District Raigad), and two other schools are in nearby rural areas, namely Saswad and Shirwal. Out of a total 5 schools, two schools are imparting education from playgroup to senior secondary level, and one is a CBSE-affiliated school.

In the rest of the schools, education is imparted from playgroup to secondary level. All these schools are flagship schools of the Society, where its students are kept at the helm of the affairs, thus resulting in all-round development of the students using English.

MES Bal Shikshan Mandir English Medium School is the first English medium school established in the year 1979. It is situated in the densely populated and ever-developing area, namely Kothrud.

The school aims at high-quality education, developing scientific temperament, and creating a supportive environment, developing team spirit as well as sensitiveness to lead a meaningful life among its students. The school has received an ISO ranking, and the same is being continuously reviewed to maintain the quality management system. In a very short period of time, the school has become popular among the nearby population and is one of the most preferred English medium schools in Kothrud. The school has consistently achieved 100% results across all classes/standards, including the SSC and HSC examinations. The teachers take great pride in delivering their best efforts to ensure the success of their students.

Past students of this school are confidently moving ahead in every walk of life and are shouldering responsibilities in the society at large.

Brief summary of the English Medium School, Saswad:

With a view to impart quality education to the rural parts, besides having Top Colleges, Schools, and Institutes in the city of Pune, MES has expanded to SASWAD, BARAMATI, PANVEL, BELAPUR, KALAMBOLI, SHIRWAL, KASAR AMBOLI, AHMEDNAGAR, SOLAPUR, and even far into the relatively underdeveloped rural regions like CHIPLUN in KONKAN.

The English Medium School, Saswad, established in 2016, is situated on the sprawling campus of 6 acres at a very prominent location at Saswad in Purandar Taluka, District Pune, which is a historically and culturally rich rural area near Pune. The campus consists of Marathi and English medium schools.

The Marathi Medium School in the same campus, established in the pre-independence era, has a glorious history and past students of these schools have gained enormous popularity in various fields of every walk of life and have gained a reputation at the national level too. The Society has been imparting education for more than 100 years through this campus. Moreover, the schools on this campus have become family schools for the last three generations. Localities of Saswad have understood the importance of the English language in particular and other languages and are exploring the opportunities of education through English medium schools.

Recognising the importance of learning in English and the demand of the local population of Saswad for an English medium school, the Society started the English medium school at Saswad in the above said premises.

The school is an English medium Co-Ed school, affiliated to the SSC Board. Even though MES encourages its students to learn in their native language, that is, Marathi, it has acknowledged the demand for education through English medium, which is the need of the hour.

The current strength of the English medium school is more than 200.
