XII Science CR & LR Elections 30.6.21
Class representative and ladies representative is the prime official channel of
communication between teachers and students for any academic related issues. The students
by contesting elections also get a chance to develop skills such as communication,
organization, team work, management, negotiation and decision making. It helps in good
interaction between the students.
MES Higher Secondary School conducts elections for class and ladies representatives for
XI and XII standards every year. This year, the election was conducted online through Google
form.
On 8 th June, 2021 the XII science students were informed to give their names for the post
of CR and LR. A short video was made by the candidates to make a vote appeal. The video
was sent on college what’s app group at 11 th June, 2021 for the students to choose the
candidate. Mrs. Kanchan Mapari, an IT teacher made the Google form for the election and
uploaded it for the students on 21 st June, 2021 and the process of election took place. The
result of the election was declared on 22 nd June, 2021.

On 30 th June,2021 all the elected representative of both the divisions took the oath of
being friendly and unbiased and perform their duties with sincerity and diligence.
