The famous quote by our former Prime Minister and renowned poet Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee was recollected in the minds of everyone present on the ground of MES eBSM EMS on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day. Our country’s struggle for Independence was the culmination of the individual and collective sacrifices of thousands of freedom fighters. Their stories of courage and determination are an inspiration to all of us today, as we celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the 75th Year of Independence on 26th January 2022.

Celebrating glorious year of democracy is a proud moment for all Indians remembering splendid journey of freedom struggle with moist eyes. Though the wintry morning was clad with fog and mist, it ignited the zeal of patriotism.

The event was scheduled with power-packed performances from Pre-primary Section to Higher Secondary Section, including IMCC in the premises. Teaching and non-teaching staff presented songs, March Past and dance to celebrate the day.

Students and their parents of all the sections, approximately 1500 people attended the programme using Zoom digital platform. The chief guest Dr. Bharat Vhankate, the Visitor of the school and the guest of honour Dr. Santosh Deshpande, Director of IMCC unfurled the National flag. National Anthem was recited by all.

The swaying of tri-colour ribbons made the day more beautiful. IMCC staff also sang  ???? ?? ?? ??? ?? ???? a song praising the importance of Indian soil.

This occasion was also marked by the inauguration of the manuscript ???? ????…. ?? ????????? at the hands of dignitaries. The book is the compilation of the information about the known and unknown freedom fighters whose names are immortal in the history of India’s independence. Teachers of Secondary and Higher Secondary Section performed a skit to mark the momentous occasion showing the glimpses of freedom movement. The unsung heroes of our freedom struggle were offered a dramatic tribute through the spectacular performance. Another patriotic song ????? ??? ??? was recited by all. This was followed by the loud reading of Preamble of our constitution by History teachers and all the participants. The programme was concluded with the singing of sampurna Vande Mataram.
